We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for rescheduling. 

We understand that there are days that weather, emergencies, or sickness impacts lessons, so we have prepared by having days open to reschedule your missed lesson.

Refunds are only given for medical reasons with a verified doctor’s note. 

Each lesson is 30 minutes per child, depending on the age group and skill level. 

 Lessons are held at our pool location. We rent our pool out from a local family in Madison and we will send the address at time of registration or with the first invoice . We can give you the street name if requested.

The minimum age requirement for swimming classes at Madison County Mobile Swim School LLC is 6 months for our parent-child classes. We also offer classes for toddlers, children, adults, and seniors.

We offer instruction in a variety of swimming strokes, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. We also work on developing skills such as diving, flip turns, and treading water.

Two months before lessons begin, the owner (Cassidy Floyd) will reach out and send you a registration link from Jotform. It should take 10-15 minutes to fill out. It includes all required forms and it allows you to choose your lessons For this season.

 We adore teaching siblings and love seeing families grow with us. To provide the safest and most effective learning environment, each child receives fully individualized instruction through private lessons.

This structure supports faster progress, stronger confidence, and optimal safety for every swimmer.

Please bring:

• Swimsuit (one-piece for girls, swim trunks for boys)
• Towel
• Swim cap (optional but recommended)
• Goggles (optional but helpful)
• Swim diapers (for children under 3... Please double layer them)

Every child is different, but most children show noticeable improvement within 6-8 lessons. Mastering swimming usually requires a full season of practice.

Our Invoices will be sent through Square. We also accept Checks and Cash payments.  If you choose to not pay through the online payment let the director (Cassidy Floyd) know before lessons begin, so your account is not flagged.

Everyone must pay their invoice by the due date. Lessons will be paused until the invoice is paid. 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged for the full lesson unless you have a medical emergency with a confirmed Doctor's note.

Not necessarily, but we recommend the water be at least 78-82°F for a comfortable learning environment. 

Yes! We provide private swim lessons for adults who want to learn or improve their swimming skills. 

Yes! Any of our classes allow parents to participate in the water with their children. However, we request that you stay confident and allow the teacher to teach the necessary techniques to ensure that your child becomes comfortable and able to complete their swim skills.

Not quite yet, but we will offer this in the future! We will also have online courses for parents who want to teach their children themselves! We will eventually offer water safety and CPR workshops for parents who want to be more confident in supervising their child around water.
